Identity for a UCA exhibition that features artwork by graduate Ashley Willson, who uses large scale, cage-like structures to comment on the way humans control and perceive animals and animal behaviour—especially as seen on television and in zoos.
The Identity is based around the simple thought of ‘X-marks-the-spot’, which reflects the spacial nature of the work and the human mentality it represents.
